San Diego has some of the best weather in all of the United States. This Southern California city has 70 degree weather pretty much every single day of the year \u2013\u2013 it\u2019s never too hot or too cold. The city is also famous for its year-round sunshine, mediterranean weather, and cool ocean breezes. It\u2019s no wonder there are surfers on the beach all year round.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n While it varies depending on your lifestyle, on average, San Diego has a very high cost of living. Some of the largest expenses that come from life in San Diego are housing, utilities, food, and transportation. There are a variety of neighborhoods in the city, many of which are affordable and popular with younger people.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n San Diego has a lot of investors concentrated in the city. San Diego has the lowest crime rate for a city of its size. It\u2019s known to be an excellent place to raise children, both because of its incredible safety and its amazing public schools.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n San Diego is only 17 miles away from the Mexican border. It\u2019s super easy to take a vacation to Mexico or enjoy some of the incredible Mexican food on both sides of the border. There is a close cultural relationship between San Diego and Tijuana, the Mexican city located across the border.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Even after a long, tiring day at work, the city is still an amazingly uplifting place to live. Many cultural events and festivals take place in the coastal town. The most notable shows are the D\u00eda de los Muertos festival, Halloween, and the Comic-Con convention. They attract thousands of visitors from around the world.
